Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ragix ("Service"), operated by an individual entrepreneur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ragix provides an AI-powered customer support platform that enables businesses to automate customer interactions across multiple channels including Telegram and WhatsApp. The Service includes AI agents, conversation management, knowledge base integration, broadcast messaging, and operator handoff capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use automated systems to extract data without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (knowledge base, agent configurations, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you. You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents generate responses based on your knowledge base and configurations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and moderating AI responses and maintaining human oversight of customer interactions.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

8. Payment Terms

Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Ragix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAGIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ragix and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, all active subscriptions will be cancelled effective from the next billing cycle, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in Poland.
